We offer a guaranteed, all-inclusive flat fee, locked in before your move day. Which means the duration of your move will not impact your move price. We always include the following services at no extra charge to you.

  • How long does moving take?

    We don’t estimate move times because it depends on several factors, including how well you’re packed, elevator and stair access, and the layout of your home or apartment. However, we can assure you that we work efficiently and safely to get the job done without wasting time.

  • Are you licensed and bonded?

    We are licensed but not bonded. If anything happens on the job, we take full responsibility and will cover damages out of pocket. That being said, damages are rare

  • Do you wrap furniture?

    For full moves, we wrap furniture upon request and always wrap glass items. Otherwise, we drape furniture with protective pads to prevent scratches or damage.

    For labor-only moves, clients must provide their own furniture pads, dollies, and truck. If no furniture pads are available, we are not responsible for any damages.

  • Is your team experienced?

    Absolutely. Our reputation is everything, and we only send out movers who know what they’re doing.

  • Do you charge for time between locations?

    Yes. Time is calculated from the moment our crew arrives until the last item is placed in your home.

  • Do you charge for assembly and disassembly?

    For full moves, assembly and disassembly are included in the package. For labor-only moves, we charge extra since everything should be broken down and ready to go.

  • What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

    • We require at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
    • Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.
    • Rescheduling within 72 hours incurs a $75 rescheduling fee.

  • Do you provide packing materials?

    Customers must provide their own packing materials. However, if you need materials delivered, we can provide them for a delivery fee.

  • Do you do out-of-state moves?

    For labor-only moves, yes. The cost is based on mileage, distance, and crew travel expenses.

  • Do you offer any discounts?

    Yes! We offer a 10% discount for:

    • Cash payments
    • Veterans
    • Senior citizens

  • What forms of payment are accepted?

    Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash app & Zelle. Card payments have a 5% fee.
